Great item bought for the Wife and she loves it , I don’t know if it works but she hasn’t had pain in her leg since she started using it. So all good.

Had bracelet, look lovely, wore it only one day and then noticed the magnet kept coming out and sticking to the other magnet, I kept putting it back in its hole but it kept popping out. Tried to return to amazon, but it says non returnable, so I said it's faulty which then takes you through some series of questions only to return you back to the page of non-returnable. I had to call amazon to get a full refund and they said not to bother to return back for investigation, but gave full refund because I was a long term prime customer, but to be honest they can't be bothered to investigate faulty items anyway, or investigate terrible sellers selling faulty cheap items. This needs to be sorted. Also in the UK a year ago was a documentary about Amazon and what they do with the items you send back and any sale items they can't get rid off, it just gets put into land fill brand new, things like TV's, kettles, clothing etc. This is terrible for our world ECO planet.

My wife wearing it for a few days and noticed redness and irritation on her wrist where the bracelet was in contact with her skin. She showed it to her doctor and was advised to stop wearing it immediately.We are very disappointed with this product and feel that it did not live up to its claims of providing health benefits through the use of magnets. We would like a refund for this purchase as it has caused harm to my wife's skin. We also want to ensure that other consumers are aware of the potential risks associated with wearing this bracelet.1 Quality poor2 Pain relief (couldn’t wear it long enough)3 very ease to remove item4 Customer Service Support poor 3 email no response from then still.

The bracelet looks very smart, have only been wearing it for a couple of days so am hoping its going to work. I will have to give it time to do its job.
