This is a fantastic product for removing eye and lip makeup! I’ve tried many different brands and so far, this is the only one that hasn’t given me millia after multiple uses. You do have to hold it over your eye makeup for a good ten seconds and it will come off easier and without as much tugging on your delicate eye area.
