this product had good and bad elements to it . Worked fine as a sprayer initially but developed a fault early doors . Also trigger action was a little flimsy .However when supplier contacted (Nadia} was customer service personnified . Helpful to a fault she handled all enquiries swiftly and honestly and arranged a full refund , because item no longer stocked , back on to my credit card as quickly as a heartbeat .Many Thanks Nadia

Its good, it works. First the good parts....it comes fully equipped with loads of different nozzles and bits so you are ready to tackle any garden spraying job. So far it has not "run out" of battery so there must be a decent arrangement of battery pack and pump. Now for the grumbles.... these would not put me off buying it, but you might want to consider....16 liters of liquid equals about 3.5 gallons equals around 35lbs or 16kgs plus the pack itself with the battery no lightweight! So full and ready to spray almost 50lbs on your back!....Luckily for me I have a compact tractor with a bin on the back so with a home made extension to the flexible tube it was great. At first I was put off that the power switch was on the main unit but there is some sort of auto cut out for the pump if you turn the lance off so that works out. So it works, it is well made, well equipped, but unless you are young and very fit, factor in mounting it on your ride on somehow, and I think you can forget getting the missus to do the job!

The explanatory Manual is not very informative for the following reasons:1. Does not identify the the most suitable nozzle for a particular operation2. Does not give detailed instruction regarding assembly of lances .3. Does not identify what each Lance ( Plastic and rigid copper) is most suitable forA Video regarding assembly would be most helpful

Makes spraying weedkiller a quick affair. Charges quickly and battery lasts about ten hours. The 16 litre tank will clear in about ten minutes so you can cover a large area quickly. However the instructions to assemble it are literally useless. As the pack comes with more attachments, nozzles and different lances than you need you basically have a jigsaw puzzle with too many pieces. Took me about half an hour and a few expletives to figure it out but after that no issues.

Tried the Sprayer as soon as it arrived works fine and covers a lot of area in a short time. I have a large areas of block paving which I sprayed in less than half a day. I can't do anywhere near that with the pump up sprayer I had before. However the unit would benefit from better literature, the instructions that come with the unit leave a bit to be desired. The other problem I have is the filler screw down top does not seal correctly on my unit which I wasn't aware of at first. So great product to save time and energy but could do with a better finish and literature.

So far so good, sprayer just arrived and had a test run, pump is very powerful recon getting 3-4 bar constant pressure very happy with and that’s on the first setting, charging is very simple and easy, plenty of nozzles and spares came with it, overall very good product,

This sprayer is decent enough but if anything breaks good luck trying to get replacement parts. The seller never appears to have anything in stock and all of the parts appear to be proprietary, meaning that once one small thing breaks it’s done and you need to buy an entirely brand new one. This makes it’s longevity very limited and therefore overall poor values for money.

The sprayer is very good, but the instructions for its assembly and use are non-existent, yet there are so many bits and pieces.I spent ages looking for online help, which wasn't there. The pamphlet provided is mainly about health and safety, but writtenin sometimes unintelligible and often comical 'English'. There is no reason at all why the product shouldn't be enhanced by clearlywritten instructions, rather than leaving the buyer to work things out for him/herself.
