DO NOT BUY - Poor Product Quality & Service
Worst service. I would not recommend anyone to buy Akai products. It’s been more than a month the speaker was delivered. The speaker was not working when it was delivered. I complained on Amazon they said it’s service centre replacement so you need to talk to Akai. Spoke to them registered complaint but no action. Next time when called upon to check the status the complaint was closed already from their end whereas they had informed that they will replace the speakers. So again registered the complaint and same thing happened during follow up. Same way have registered more that 5-6 complaints till date but no response or no action. Bad quality products. Bad service and very unprofessional.

Good Product
AKAI TS-50 Tower Speaker has a good performance. The company provides direct support for any problem/fault in the system. However, AKAI Customer Service is very poor & worthless.I recommend the speaker for small get togethers & Party. It is better to buy the system directly from Hometech Digital Pvt. Ltd.

Is a good sound box for a small living room
At first look the pros and consPros1. Very sturdy and tight packaging2. Built quality good3. Basic minimal no hassles buttons4. Connects to Bluetooth easily.5. Decent sound clarity and bass6. Minimal distortion at highest volumeCons:-1. Compared to claimed wattage, sound is less.2. Footing is a bit wobbly. The leg pads could have been better placed.3. Not suitable for rooms bigger than 150 sqft.4. Remote buttons confusing a bit.5. The running LEDon the volume button looks unattractive.Overall a good package for the cost.Akai should have given a pair of speakers instead of one which could have increased the overall flexibility and experience of use.

Akai. AMAZON. Nice product. Value for money.
Got my replacement unit today. Looks good and sounds great. Bass is adequate. Balanced sound output... RMS of course. Blue tooth is responsive and no issues with connectivity. Sound quality is good and this product is value for money. Akai has done a good job. Box and RC build quality needs improvement. Overall, a kill for the price product. Thanks Akai and Amazon. And a big thanks to the Amazon CS team member Geetha who resolved my issue within a day and helped me get my product replaced the subsequent day. Wishing all Women a Very Happy Women's Day.
