KYOCERARevolution Series 3-inch Ceramic Paring Knife, Pink Handle, White Blade

The quality is great and it is very sharp. The handle feels great and makes cutting fruits a breeze. The downsides is the blade is easily broken and a bit pricey. But I can't find a replacement knife as good as this one.

I cannot live without this knife. I can’t even let others use it because it’s so sharp. It’s ceramic so it cuts like glass. The only reason I hide it for myself is that if it drops on the floor it will start getting small chips in the blade. I’m very careful about the usage by others because this is my third purchase. I protect this knife like nobody’s business. I know this sounds dramatic but I never feel I’m using a dull knife when I pull this out of the drawer. You won’t be disappointed.

The first one I had fell and broke this one is better just have to be careful when cutting meats or veggies or fruits it's very sharp and easy to cut oneself well worth the price

Received one as a gift yrs ago and now it’s my go to gift to give. I love that i done have to sharpen it.

This is a great knife that is above all others of its kind on the market however it needs to come with a case as it breaks so easily. Our friend gifted one and we love it. Finally had to replace it as the tip was so broken. This one did the same. Love the knife but it needs a case to protect it. I give the knife the highest rating except for the breakage factor.

This was returned because I ordered the wrong knife. My friend has been through culinary school and she highly recommended this brand of knife.

These knives are incredibly sharp and will stay that way if you use them correctly! This is my 7th Kyocera knife. Aside from my own personal set of Kyocera knives, I buy them as gifts for my kitchen staff. (in a professional kitchen)They are most useful for julienne lettuce. The ceramic blade will not cause the lettuce to turn brown !!! These knives are also very light and will lessen the usual fatigue on the hands of those who cut, chop and dice for hours at a time.Do not use these knives (or any ceramic blades) on hard items such as carrots or sweet potatoes. Changes are good you may chip or break the blade. Also, try not to drop the knife, it will break if it hits a hard surface with enough force.Don't use these for cutting product with bones, don't use them to butcher down a whole chicken. The blade doesn't bend like a boning knife and the ceramic blade will chip or nick if it hits bone.In our kitchen, we like these little ones for small tasks such as slicing whole olives, slicing mushrooms and slicing strawberries. We use the larger chef knife version for making julienne strips out of whole lettuce heads and slicing tomatoes super thin.Kyocera will always be the only brand ceramic knife used in our kitchen.

Ich verwende das gleiche Messer seit 2017, also aktuell fast 7 Jahre. Es immer noch scharf und funktioniert bei allem Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse. Beim Schneiden achte ich natürlich darauf, die Klinge nicht seitlich zu belasten. Auch Sachen wie Karotten sind kein Problem.Glücklicherweise hat es auch 2 Stürze auf den Fließenboden überlebt.Habe es auch einmal verschenkt, weil ein Freund mein Messer gut fand, und der wird wiederum eins weiterschenken.
